Troy is a qualified Access Consultant, an accredited SDA Assessor, Livable Housing Assessor and Changing Places Assessor. He has worked as a Building Certifier for over 28 years’ and has a wealth of experience in interpreting the building code and providing solutions for clients.
He has experience across all classifications of buildings and building requirements. This experience provides a unique understanding of the issues faced in construction development and implementation.
His belief that buildings should be “accessible for all” combined with his practical Interpretation of the National Construction Code (NCC) means he provides workable disability access solutions for all our clients.

Matthew has many years’ experience in leading teams in construction environments and driving access solutions across all sectors. This experience fostered his desire to provide access for all to the built environment and this, in turn, led him to start his own company “All In Access”. Specialising in Specialist Disability Accommodation Assessments (SDA), NDIS housing design and helping builders, developers and owners meet the SDA design standards required to obtain NDIS funding.
